The Collective Software Group LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

Shortsale Genie™ aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures we take

Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) on every page
Keyboard-navigable UI components with visible focus rings
Color-contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA
Text alternatives (alt text, aria-labels) on non-decorative images and icons
Form fields with associated labels and inline error messages
Responsive layouts that scale to 200% zoom without horizontal scroll

Known limitations

Some AI-generated documents, third-party embedded content, and legacy PDF exports may not yet meet full WCAG AA conformance. We are actively working to remediate these areas.
