Sub-processors

The Collective Software Group LLC uses the following third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to help deliver Shortsale Genie™. Each sub-processor is bound by a written agreement requiring appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards, and to process personal data only on our documented instructions. We remain fully responsible to you for the acts and omissions of our sub-processors.

Changes to this list
We may add or replace sub-processors from time to time. Customers on Team-tier or Business/DPA agreements may subscribe to updates by emailing legal@shortsalegenie.com. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of new sub-processors that materially change how customer data is processed.
Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
A GDPR-aligned Data Processing Addendum is available on request to any subscribing brokerage or enterprise customer. Email legal@shortsalegenie.com to receive our standard DPA.
