The Collective Software Group LLC does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"). We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to do so.

Your California privacy rights

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share
  • Access or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable — we do neither)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

How to exercise your rights

Submit a verifiable request through any of these methods:

We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days (with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary). Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor browser-based Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out preference signal for any future data-sharing use. Because we do not currently sell or share, no additional action is required.
