1. Program description

Shortsale Genie™ sends two categories of text messages:

• Transactional messages about your short-sale file — file access, document requests, lender status updates, closing reminders, and one-time authentication codes. These are sent as needed to service your account.
• Marketing messages — launch news, product updates, tips, and promotional offers. These are only sent to recipients who separately checked the marketing SMS consent box.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent based on activity on your file (typically 1–10 messages per month during an active short sale). Marketing messages are sent no more than 4 messages per month.

3. Message & data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for each message sent or received. Shortsale Genie™ does not charge a fee to send or receive text messages, but standard carrier rates from your wireless plan apply.

4. Opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP)

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing texts. Transactional messages required to service an active file may still be sent unless you separately close your account.
• Reply HELP for support information, or email shortsalehelptoday@gmail.com.
• You may also revoke consent at any time by updating your notification preferences inside your Shortsale Genie™ account or by replying to any SMS with the word STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

5. Supported carriers

The program is available on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

7. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Shortsale Genie™ or National Shortsale Specialist.
