You may not use the platform to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law — including the MARS Rule (Regulation O), RESPA, TILA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, GLBA, Fair Housing Act, or state real-estate, mortgage, foreclosure-consultant, or attorney-practice laws
  • Practice law, accounting, or licensed real-estate/mortgage brokerage without holding the required license in every applicable jurisdiction
  • Upload, share, or process another person's nonpublic personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, tax returns, ID documents) without a lawful basis and, where required, that person's documented consent
  • Impersonate a lender, servicer, government agency, or another person
  • Send unsolicited commercial email or SMS ("spam"), send bulk messages to contacts who have not opted in, or send marketing messages from the platform's transactional infrastructure
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data belonging to other users or third parties
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform or its models, except to the extent expressly permitted by law
  • Resell, redistribute, or expose the platform's AI outputs as a standalone service or competing product
  • Upload malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
  • Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, subscription tiers, or access controls
  • Generate or store content that infringes intellectual-property rights, is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise unlawful
  • Use the platform to negotiate or facilitate a short sale that constitutes mortgage fraud, straw-buyer schemes, undisclosed side agreements, or arms-length violations
