In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the platform that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a notice of infringement

To submit a takedown notice, provide the following in writing to the Copyright Agent above:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL(s) on the platform)
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the elements set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same Copyright Agent.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, The Collective Software Group LLC will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Note: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
